Rhodes is one of the best Greek islands for families to vacation to. There are several kids-friendly beaches all around the island, but our favorite is definitely the Tsambika Beach. It is on the east coast of Rhodes and has long stretches of golden sands.
The sand is free of sharp pebbles and the water is usually calm, allowing for you to have ease of mind regarding safety. Families can rent chairs and umbrellas for low costs; eight euros covers two chairs and an umbrella for example.
Other amenities are numerous, including bathrooms with toilets and showers. A small shop for forgotten items or snacks and drinks is also present. Parking is also free.
Older children and parents will have plenty to do at this beach as well. This includes parasailing and renting jet-skis or banana boats. An obstacle course is also available for you and your family’s enjoyment.
Myrtos Beach – Kefalonia
Myrtos Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire world with many people photograph this location when visiting. It is surrounded by hills and has white sand and blue, sparkling water. This beach is considered the best beach in Greece and in the world by many, and families are easily able to enjoy this beach.

Santa Maria Beach – Paros

Nea Moudania Beach – Halkidiki
